Not many people in this day and age doesn''t know Sylvia Brown, or her work over the last three decades. A world renowned
psychic, lecturer, spiritualist and famous author in her own right, she brings us another book that answers many questions, we mortals dare to ask about life after death.
With a short discussion between what ghosts are, verses spirits we learn the
difference, one again. Ghosts are energy that get stuck between planes, for whatever reason. Spirits have crossed over and now watch over us in whatever way they can. In this book she goes over the difference of each and how, why, and when your best chance is to witness an apparition, and possibilities on why they interrupt our life in the mortal plane.
In a another sector of the book, Chapter Two, Beyond Spirits and Ghosts: More Visitors and Where They Come From, Sylvia draws on the differences between Imprints, Kinetic Energy, Astral Travel, Bleed-Through, Astral Catalepsy ad a Tulpas. With a more direct out look on other visitors including animals that may venture in our day to day life. This book is no science fiction. I found much of the
information thought provoking and I am sure you will too!
The rest of the book are stories about the dead. Sylvia updates us on some old familiar haunts and gives us a clear difference between ghosts that haunt, verses spirits that visit. Some of the stories, many readers can relate, while others will give you food for thought.
The most enjoyable part of the book was Chapter Six-Haunting, Voices and Secrets of the Rich and Famous. Have you ever wondered about the truth on Marilyn Monroe, Jimi Hendrix or even Elvis Presley. In the most up right integrity, Ms Brown touches on these peoples lives and answers some of the questions we all want to know. If this doesn''t get it for you, then you will love to hear what Sylvia found at the Bela Lugosi House, the Hitchcock mansion and at the White Horse Tavern on Hudson Street in New York. Including with this information you will learn what happened to John Candy, Natalie Wood, Richard Burton ad Jimmy Stewart, (just to mention a few) did they cross over, or do they still haunt this mortal plane? In chapter seven you will explore the on going research in finding and proving ghost activity in one of the most haunting buildings, the Peninsula School. Sylvia will share with the reader the amount of work and the transcripts on this investigation. Then read a very personnal account of the life and death of the Black Dahlia, in her own words. Then end the book with Sylvia''s favorite ghost story. A find I am sure will keep your interest and want you to read more of Sylvia''s books.
