"WHAT WILL BE THE END OF THE TECHNOLOGY ?"
In current time what we are observing is the only development of technology. In every activity of life we are using technology, even to go nearest place we are using
vehicles.n the past there were no vehicles,in next time bicycle was
invented next four wheelers next bikes.Even in those vehicles many developments are occurring. But is there anyone who must be thinking about the end of technology development. As it is said that "EVERY THING HAS ONE LIMIT" will the technology development have any limit. Let's take the example of computer, when computer was invented it was too much big in
size, but day by day its size is goes on
decreasing. After invention of computer for its technical development many efforts were done, ant they also got succeed computer size was going on decreasing, then laptop was invented after that palmtop was invented & it is going on.Now the question is what "how much size of computer will be reduced ?",after whatever efforts it cant be less than an atom.so what will be the next challenges for man after inventing all things after decreasing sizes of all machines ? What do you think pleas reply me.some thoughts about technology & science I found on internet1)"Why does this magnificent applied science which saves work and makes life easier bring us so little happiness ? The simple answer runs: Because we have not yet learned to make sensible use of it." Albert Einstein in a speech at the California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, 19312)It is wrong to think that the task of
physics is to find out how Nature is. Physics concerns what we can say about Nature. Niels Bohr in The Cosmic Code by Heinz R. Pagels (1982) 3)Every science begins as philosophy and ends as art. Will Durant, The Story of Philosophy (1926) 4)The scientific method," Thomas Henry Huxley once wrote, "is nothing but the normal working of the human mind." That is to say, when the mind is working; that is to say further, when it is engaged in correcting its mistakes. Taking this point of view, we may conclude that science is not physics, biology, or chemistry––is not even a "subject"––but a moral imperative drawn from a larger perspective whose purpose is to give perspective, balance and humility to learning. Neil Postman The End of Education (1995) 5)Science is a way of thinking much more than it is a body of knowledge. Its goal is to find out how the world works, to seek what regularities there may be, to penetrate to the connections of things––from sub-atomic particles, which may be the constituents of all matter, to living organisms, the human social community and thence to the cosmos as a whole. Carls Sagan Broca's Brain: Reflections on the Romance of Science (1979)
