This is a secret handbook on managerial
techniques and
tactics. The book revolves around two characters Saminathan (Sam for short) and the new
manager Bobby Reddy (Bob in short). Sam have been working in one IT company for five years and is now willing to migrate to another company. Bob is smart manager and thinks he is aware of these IT guys secrets of migrating to other companies.
Bill is the current manger of Sam and is sending Sam
onsite with a new onsite manager Bob and the real fun starts now. Bob thoughout their flight to US gets information about Bill from Sam and keeps him guiding regarding the managing secrets which he thinks will help Sam to
climb the corporate ladder and one fine day become manager.
