This little book is one of the most beautiful books that I've ever read. It is designed to be read over the course of one
full year -- 52 weeks. There are 52
meditations, to be done sequentially (this is best in many cases, as the later meditations sometimes refer to earlier ones which the author assumes have been done previously). The author gives a short chapter on how to meditate at the start of the book. Then each
chapter is a guided journey, teaching a
particular idea or giving a particular experience, which lead to real changes in your life. Your feelings and attitudes begin to open to the Light within and without.
There are mediations for healing, for balance, stability, awakening, communion, and many for love, of self and others.
These are enormously positive and beautiful meditation experiences. Whether you choose to do these weekly, or more, or less often, there is nothing but good here. Yes, they are good for you and for you with others, and yet there are few things, if any, more beautiful than spending a few minutes with these meditations.
