  HOW TO WIN FRIENDS AND INFLUENCE PEOPLE / of Dale Carnegie     Many people go through life being sad and lonely for not having friends and not knowing what to do to make their points of view to be accepted by others.    Very few of these people are why that happen.      If you are one of them, have you ever asked yourself what is your problem? Why don''t  other people like your company?  Why when you say or suggest something, nobody pays attention on you?  Why you don''t have friends at all or why you have so few friends?  Why is your marriage or relationship not going well?  Why you don''t get along well with your parents, brothers or relatives?  Why do you have problems with your work or school mates? Or with your neighbors and your religion brothers?       This author''s book has been translated into many languages and has helped millions of people all over the world: men, women, teenagers, youngs and adults to gather many friends and influence people.       Dale Carnegie''s recipe for you to have good relationship with everybody of your social environment and to make your points of view being considered is the following: do not criticize anybody. Never criticize. On the contrary: Always recognize and praise the sincerely qualities of people with whom you maintain a relationship.  Begin with your parents, your spouse, your boy/girl friend and extend it to the mailman, the shoe polisher guy, your maid, your mate, the shop attendant, your teacher, your friend. Every human being has some qualities even if it is  only one and not so important.  When not criticizing is impossible, make the criticism in a positive way, in an indirect way.   For this you should speak politely in a calm and nice voice.  But, to avoid criticizing is much better because even a positive criticism hurts, and nobody likes to be criticized, including you and me.       And what should you do when you want  to influence people?  You should never raise your voice. The less you shout, the more you convince.   Never use swearwords, never insult, never be sarcastic or ironic; don''t make fun of people.    The politer, the better this way you will win many friends and everybody will like you.   Everybody will hear you and accept what you say.  Everybody will wish to be your friend.  You will be very popular.  Your relationship will get better. The general rule is: ALWAYS SMILE. Never.  Don''t  ever make a bad face or angry face because smiling, gentle and polite people welcome as friends.  A word said in a soft and smiling voice convinces more than a thousand shouts or criticism regardless of you being right on what you say.       I also had some problems and had very few friends. I couldn''t persuade anybody when I spoke about anything, but after reading this book of Dale Carnegie, all my relationships improved and I have won more friends day by day.  I am managing to influence people around me.     I wish you win more and more friends.  May you convince people and be more popular and more appreciated  in your home, your neighborhood, in your job, your school or college, in your church, in your club and everywhere.   So long and good luck."El Conde de Montecristo".
