The book One Hundred Years of Solitude tells the story of the Buendia, a family living misfortunes, sorrows but also joy, in the mythical town called Macondo. Life goes quiet but things would eventually change thanks to people like Aureliano Triste, one of the seventeen offspring brought into the world by Aureliano Buendía, it opens an ice factory in the village, which handles business to his brother Aurelius, with the disconcerting idea of leaving to go after the train and bring this civilization to Macondo.
Not much time for Aureliano would just return to its homeland to train board, besides the phonograph, the telegraph and cinema (films). With places of interest now, if visitors are beginning to stay in the village personalities coming from different parts of the world, including a pair of entrepreneurs who install a banana plantation that while brings relative prosperity to the locals, just for mistreating and exploiting people, encouraging a general strike. The plan is fulfilled, Ursula Macondo dies and enters a stunning abandonment.
