Book Review   by:Indranil     Original Author: Chetan Bhagat
ª

Yet another best seller penned by Chetan Bhagat. The novel revolves around the life style of the new generation India, that revolves around Call Centers, internet and Social Networking. After going through the novel one is enlightened that there is nothing to fear of in this world and whatever fears we have is self created. The remedy for the fear is to do self analysis and once we come to the root cause of the fear, the remedy can be found from within. The author beautifully enlightens the readers of how to overcome ones fears, how to get rid of anger and how to connect to ones inner conscience. The book is nice to read as a source of entertainment and also there are many things one can learn to lead a better life from the characters from this novel. The story commences on the winter of 2004 when the writer met a young girl as a co-passenger during an overnight train journey. In due course of time, they become comfortable with one another and the girl decides to tell the writer a story, to kill the time. But she puts one condition and the condition is that the writer has to inculcate the story in his next novel. When agreed upon the girl narrates the story that relates to her place of work in a Call Center where there are six people working on a night shift. On that particular night they had got a phone call and this call was different, because it was from God........!
