The story deals about the six people ( Shyam, the narrator,
Vroom, Radhika, Priyanka, Esha, Military Uncle) and their one night at the call
center, where they work.
Chetan Bhagat met a girl in train, on his way back from IIT
and she narrated him this story with a condition of publishing it as his second
book.
In the story, Shyam narrates the experience the six people
had on that night. It was the night, which helped them to change their life.
Shyam and Vroom who got fed up with their boss, Mr. Bakshi,
started a website developing company with confidence. Shyam and Priyanka who had their break up,
joined together. Military Uncle had got his son’s care back. Radhika applied
for divorce after she found that her husband was cheating her. Esha started to
date Vroom and proceeded with her life in a new track.
They all attained a new turns in their life because of the
incident that took place at that night. With lots of frustration in their work
place, the six plans to go out for a chill. On their way back, they got trapped
and risked their life. At that moment, God called them.
A change in their life started from there. They were given
confidence and positive mind. The God was similar to the inner voice asking
each of them a question about their life.
After that incident, they all survive from the risk and
return to their work place to achieve what they want.
