In Varanasi, there were three
friends, Gopal Mishra, Raghav Kashyap and Aarthi. Aarthi and Gopal were the
best friends. Their childhood friendship begins with a theft of chocolate cake
from the tiffin box of Aarthi by Gopal. Their
life changes to an extent after they completed their twelfth standard. All the
three take the engineering entrance test and only Raghav pass through the JEE
test. The other two didn’t clear with good grades. Gopal’s father send him to
Kota for another year’s test preparation, even though he was not interested.
Mean time, Aarthi get into an Arts college and became good friend with Raghav,
which ultimately turned to love. Gopal, who already loved Aarthi became so
desperate and he failed to clear the tests. When he returned home, he felt so
lonely and after the announcement of results, Gopal’s father becomes angry and
within two days, he died with mental agony.
Raghav who got into the
prestigious college started to cultivate interest in journalism and get
involved in political activities. He didn’t accept the job he got in Infosys,
but join in a newspaper unit as a reporter.
Mean time, Gopal, with the help
of a corrupted MLA, got back his land which had some problem due to his uncle.
He started a college named, Ganga Tech in that land with the help of some
people. He didn’t attend college after he failed to get through the entrance.
His ambition and love to money, made him become richer. Mean while, Aarthi got into
a job in one of the reputed hotel, Hotel Ramada, in Varanasi.
Aarthi started to become close
with Gopal and they both decided to get married. With the angry to Raghav,
Gopal started to become rebel. But, once after a meeting with Raghav, Gopal
changed his mind and made a decision to make Aarthi marry Raghav. Raghav, who
helped the poor and made their voice heard was a good person and it was the
reason which made Gopal to take his decision. His sacrifice for Aarthi was
never known to her, who got married with Raghav later.
