WWW.WRITING.COM
www.Writing.com is an online community of writers and readers. Basic membership is free and writers of all ages and with all sorts of intersts are welcome. The site includes poetry, short stories, news articles, non-fiction, as well as all genres of fiction, and a section for blogging. Members Writings are rated much like movies, with the 18+ rating for material of an adult nature, unaccessible to the younger set.
The site has just celebrated its fifth birthday, and has over one thousand members and guests on line each day. Guests may read articles, but to be a WRITING member you will need to register with a username and password. You can check out my online writing portfolio at www.Patrice.Writing.com.
This site offers writers an audience for their writing, with a rating scale, and an opportunity to give and receive feedback. Writer''''s Digest Magazine has listed this site as one of the 101 best writing sites available. Log on and try it out.
