Of Margaret and Madness: A Novel Inspired By True Events

Book Review by: JonNelson

Original Authors: Stephen Jon Postal; Guia Dino Postal
A very well written and exciting novel based on the life of the late Canadian  (Toronto) novelist and short story writer,
schizophrenic Margaret Gibson. Much of the story takes place in the 1960's, 1970's and is set around a library system in Toronto and it's people and Margaret's lover and close friend/mentor American Steve Mansfield. Margaret fights an uphill battle against lifelong mental illness and suicide attempts and yet inspite of all this becomes a famous author in Canada---her lifelong dream. Steve Mansfield is like a moth attracted to a bright and hot flame in his love relationship with Margaret. Margaret has two bad painful marriages and gives birth to a sun, Shawn. A very exciting, romantic and sensuos book. Available from and published by AuthorHouse.com, ISBN 9781434332752
