"Women"

Book Review by: Carmen Luna

Original Author: Charles Bukowski
This abstract was translated from "Mujeres"
Bukowski. Passionate, vital, vibrant, cynical Bukowski. His cynicism is a declaration of pain, it's an invitation not to
travel the same deserted and cold roeas that he travels in his women. It is his pain what makes him a poet. "Women" is a book to devour, it's a book that speeds up one's pulse and suggest caresses to go with the reading; it is a book about life, about oscillations, about loneliness, about searching. The words chine and fire up, they provoke; it's impssible to escape their influence. Vivid, the stories in "Women" are for reading them again and wanting more.
