The Da Vinci Code

Book Review by: mindmend

Original Author: Dan Brown
This is definitely one of the best works of fiction that I have ever read. The book is so moving and crammed with apt
facts and details that one really starts questioning one's beliefs and thoughts much before the book comes to an end.  One of the most controversial topic of all times has been dealt with such dexterity and vigor that by the time one finishes the book , one finds his own being and mind transformed. The amount of emphasis given to the minutest incidents coupled with exact facts and references is remarkably brilliant and reflects the writer’s laborious research work. In fact it resembles more a work of research made more interesting by interweaving an interesting story with it.      Dan Brown has brought to light one of the most sensational cover-up of beliefs and facts which shape the very roots of Christian faith. Criticized by critics and the church the book has largely been successful in creating quite and stir. Yet if one starts with it, it’s impossible to put it down till the end of the book, and that’s what happened in my case too.

    Are you Serious?

Did people actually believe everything Dan Brown wrote was true? Come on that's bad, if not awful. Most of what he called "Facts" are only myths. The book is good, I'll give it that, but it's not an awesome read: it's an OK read. But it's fiction!!!
