Cultism on Campuses:

My book, Sabbath (the gathering of demons), was completed in November 2005 and it is camera ready with its pages numbering on 140 and back cover designed.

Since 1954, Nigerian youths have imbibed a culture of violence and bloodshed through unchecked secret Cult activities in our schools. These local-terrorist groups on campuses (i.e. cults) have replaced the value for academic life with violence and bloodshed which are now used as language of protest and madness in many places across Nigeria. The trend also shows these local-terrorists will grow into adult-terrorists who threaten world peace.

In fact, their barbaric tendencies to maim and kill fellow human beings without remorse have increased and spread to all level of education in the country, including our homes and streets. Today, many young Nigerians desire cult membership and develop high criminal tendencies without fear or caution thinking all is well. These have also increased and spread into our streets where the youths are flourishing under an idea of full scale arming to showcase supremacy over themselves and gain attention of the authorities. Consequently, it encourages crimes and put many citizens and foreigners at risk of suffering regular local-terrorist attacks that are more frequent than before. It has encouraged some individuals to also give priority to violence and bloodshed and see cultists as thugs or agents to attack other people.

The book encourages campaign against Cultism and gang problems in schools; promotes campaign against local-terrorism and discourages youths from transforming into adult-terrorists. It enlightens the audience on the demonic nature of secret cult activities and educates on the danger it can pose to a society and the cultists themselves. The book also identifies the key areas needed for constructive anti-cult agenda and policies in our schools and streets.
