Internal Quest :

In a world filled with happiness and sorrow, success and failure, motivation and dejection, life and death, where would a person go in search of solace, mental relaxation, peace and tranquility?   His mind looks out for something non-physical and abstract.  His desire to quench wisdom-thirst and appease his soul sketches him as different and odd among his contemporaries.  His inclination towards a solution for Internal search starts.  His thinking changes totally, flavoured with a hint of detachment.  An interest evolves in him to understand the life cycle and eagerness to know the secrets of previous birth and clairvoyance.  What makes one to undergo a cyclic process between birth and death?  Should at all birth take place after death, why not the soul is set free?   His expectations are slightly saintly but project a blend of reality and eternity.  Should the external appearance change with internal views?  Not at all.  Then how would the world accept him as a spiritual man or a theosophist?  To satisfy the world, he need not be forced to change his look. Transformation of look for the sake of would bring about a change but not in true spirit.  First the inner core or the crux should mature to reach a flexible stage then ripe. This would automatically and gradually produce a change externally.               A code of conduct in appearance need not be mandatory. External appearance of renunciation without processing the internal mind is useless tinsel.  To register the induction into saintly life is not superior but one’s acceptance and practice as saint at mind and soul is more revered, for the physique is activated by mind, which is a bundle of thoughts.             Recognition at sight by robes and material identity may lead to a strong cult.  This often appears constructive by rarely destructive.  A look into the essentials in following a cult headed by religious individual or run by an institution may be fascinating.             A person in search of the above truth cannot understand on his own, instead his concentration rests on a personality in whom he has affection, respect and faith that he would be guided with care, above all the intuitional mind should give a password to accept him as his deity, unto whom he could unfold his worries and put himself.  With little analysis one could think that at the initial stage itself, he has had an experience of mental comfort, which motivated him to approach the Guide, his beacon.               His mind discloses the vision to carry him to eternal world filled with ether.  His instantaneous question would be about himself, his present life in which he is swirling aimlessly.  He is now drifted towards a high-tension line.
