Manaan, for his four children he had chosen medicine for George, his first child and Accountancy for Koffi, the problem set in when he decided to choose for the other two Aaron and Manaan, he had chosen engineering for Aaron against
painting (visual art) law for Manna while she wanted to study medicine. James Ofosu arrange for manaan to work in the law office of Barrister Bonu,Bonu is a family friend, but Bonu attempted to seduce Manaan,Ofosu was disappointed Bonu,and had the believe that an educated person cannot solve society problem, he then allowed his children to choose the
profession of their choice. The play also present Awere who deals in painting, selling his work to an American collector for about two hundred and twenty pounds made James ofosu to believe that there is money in painting and music, and that they are lucrative profession just like law and engineering.
