The moon just crept in my window
Nestled its arms on my shoulders…
And we sat.
With silenced
eyes.
Whispering
silent comfort…
For the agony the sun gives us,
With it’s birth.
I plead my case and it nods in understanding.
It spreads its fingers.
And I enclose myself in them.
Without a
reason…
Without a reason we cry.
Without a reason the night smiles.
And walks on.
Right into our hearts.
I rest my soul in the heart of the moon.
And it keeps me shaded in its glory
I shine through the
eyes of the moon.
