Now is the hour of our deliverance and never give up on poetry and I suppose its a good maxim to start the day with as many
have emailed and written to me ... dare I say it ... my readership . and I have been invited to write a poem for Munich Quarterly which I have done first time ever even though I have worked and lived in Europe and skied in German Speaking Europe ... what a lotta laughs!
However, yesterday I read one of my favourite poets ex poet laureate Andrew Motion and his poem is an excellent way to get into the busy schedule of the weekend here in the South of England .. but to my surprise and delight my publishers in the UK www.forwardpress.co.uk have now accepted my 17th poem .... "Armistice Day 1918" published in "Images in Ink" so I called ForwardPress as 10 of my poems are
catalogued in anthologies in the
British Library in London, and the answer to my question ... "Will these poems I have written go into the British Libary?" and the answer is "Yes". So I am greatly honoured .. for readers and lovers of poetry .. my poems are now available for all to read!
Nice work! 17 Poets catalogued in the British Library to date! Wow!
