of Life and A Fresh Touch published by Ink Water Press and sold online, by amazon.com Years ago when Daljit was working voluntarily for St. Martin youth centre in Birmingham for homeless youth, he wrote his first poem and published at poetry.com and travelled to join poetry workshops in state. He is honest and hardworking nature. Very polite, his conversation is always meaningful. He has always happy deals communicate others with great respect and encouragement.
Although time is a problem for everyone but he got time to write after his six days working. He loves mankind. He always worrying about human pain. The world economic crisis and unemployment are the global issues but he likes to participate him without any asking.
When he has no sleep he write over hours and read the bottom of the issues and justifying himself to target the main problems. He wrote various poems on burning issues, discrimination, love, relations, politics, affairs etc. He is able to write in any form of writing that’s his natural skill.
When he was studying at Sikh National College, Banga, Punjab, he starts to write poetry in Punjabi language only to participate in Youth festivals, where he graduated and migrated to United Kingdom and never thought, one day he will a great poet of English language. Although he hasn’t got a great opportunity as someone has in his dynastic gift.
Daljit’s dad was a priest in Guru Ravidass Temple in Walsall. Family environment was totally religious, vegetarian or pure natural. He never drink alcohol, as family has custom, never eat meat, or no smoking habits he gained through his mum’s blessings.
Most of the reader believed in Punjabi as he learnt, writing is only possible after drink. But was that, he never thought for alcohol. He never hated anybody. He loves the personalities but never objected them by food or drink remarks and never touched hate issue with anyone but always ready to join others when they work on fanatic chapters. He learnt singing from various occasions. He was best poet and singer in his young age but as long as he arrived in England, family circumstances never provided him such opportunities to grew his skillfull past. He wrote lyrics and published his first Punjabi music CD,’ Mahi Aaya. Downloaded from MP3 Amazon.com He also trying to publish his first English Novel,’ Dilly- Dally. I hope it will be published by this Christmas as I heard. He also wrote to screen scripts, Hang on and Burning Head. He is also trying to learn, how to make short movies.
He also has few barriers those were created by narrow minded but has such spirit that is leading a day after day to his destinations. If he got little support by somebody, I am sure he will obtained sufficient knowledge for younger generation that will proud him one day.
