Silkin asks himself sometimes as to why we should all care; a burdened state of mind, as that arising from heavy responsibilities; worry: mental suffering; grief: an object or source of worry, attention, or solicitude:  Caution in avoiding harm or danger: close attention; painstaking application: upkeep; maintenance:  watchful oversight; charge or supervision: attentive assistance or treatment to those in need: cared, caring, cares: to be concerned or interested: to provide needed assistance or watchful supervision:  to object or mind:  To have a liking or attachment: to have a wish; be inclined: to wish; desire: to be concerned to the degree of:  for these small animals; both wild and domestic; with bitter eyes.

He questions the sky and the serene; Unaffected by disturbance; calm and unruffled:  Unclouded; fair: peaceful or tranquil; calm: clear or bright; blue water, but they cannot say and they give no answer. There is no answer that is released in his head. A procession; the act of moving along or forward; progression: Origination; emanation; rise: a group of persons, vehicles, or objects moving along in an orderly, formal manner: the movement of such a group: an orderly succession; of grey shades; light diminished in intensity as a result of the interception of the rays; partial darkness: an area or a space of partial darkness: cover or shelter provided by interception by an object of the sun or its rays: any of various devices used to reduce or screen light or heat: relative obscurity: dark shadows gathering at dusk: the abode of the dead; the underworld: the part of a picture or photograph depicting darkness or shadow; the degree to which a color is mixed with black or is decreasingly illuminated; gradation of darkness: a slight difference or variation; a nuance: a small amount; a trace: a disembodied spirit;  Patching; a small piece of material affixed to another, larger piece to conceal, reinforce, or repair a worn area, hole, or tear: a small piece of cloth used for patchwork: a small cloth badge affixed to a garment as a decoration or an insignia, as of a military unit: a dressing or covering applied to protect a wound or sore; a pad or shield of cloth worn over an eye socket or an injured eye: a transdermal patch; a small piece, part, or section, especially that which differs from or contrasts with the whole: a small plot or piece of land, especially one that produces or is used for growing specific vegetation: to put a patch or patches on; to make by sewing scraps of material together: to mend, repair, or put together, especially hastily, clumsily, or poorly: and whimpering; to cry or sob with soft intermittent sounds; whine: to complain: to utter in a whimper: a low, broken, sobbing sound; a whine.

Dogs with clipped; to cut, cut off, or cut out with or as if with shears: to make shorter by cutting; trim: to cut off the edge of: to cut short; curtail; ears, wheezing; to breathe with difficulty, producing a hoarse whistling sound: to make a sound resembling laborious breathing: to produce or utter with a hoarse whistling sound; cart horses, a fly without shadow and without thought. Silkin wonders whether it is with these menaces; A possible danger; a threat: the act of threatening: a troublesome or annoying person; to our vision. With this procession led by a man carrying wood. We must be concerned with the holy land, the rearing; hind part: the point or area farthest from the front; Green island should be kindlier; of a sympathetic, helpful, or benevolent nature: agreeable; pleasant: than this. Yet the animals, our ghosts, need tending to: take in the whipped; to strike with repeated strokes, as with a strap or rod; lash: to punish or chastise by repeated striking with a strap or rod; flog. Take up the man-trapped; A contrivance for catching and holding animals, as a concealed pit or a clamp like device that springs shut suddenly; squirrel upon our shoulder. Attend to the unnecessary; that might have been avoided; beasts. From growing mercy; Compassionate treatment, especially of those under one's power; clemency: a disposition to be kind and forgiving: something for which to be thankful; a blessing: alleviation of distress; relief: and a moderate; Being within reasonable limits; not excessive or extreme; love. Great love for the human animal occurs. And all our love grows. Our great love grows and grows.
