I
love poetry. I love my
religion (Islam), but the problem is that I can barely ever find a combination of both! Now, my worries are resolved! Islamic
Poems 2 is a collection of poems about my religion. There is a first
book but I do not have it so I cannot review it. This book covers a whole range of subjects Hijab, the Holy Quran, Mothers and Daughters, Children, the Prophet, TV, etc. My favourite
Poem is ‘Count your way up to…’ It starts like this: ‘One, Two, What I say must be true.’ And it goes like that (three, four…) all the way, up to ‘Nineteen, Twenty, Allah is Almighty.’ I think this poem is clever and very good. I would rate this book 10/ 10 and would recommend it to all Muslims and people of other religions too, who can learn from it as well.
