Life Goes On

Book Review by: BabeeGurl

Original Author: self
Chapter 1 ‘Antonio embraced Rebecca from behind as they looked out over the sea from their veranda. “I love you,” he
whispered in her ear. She felt as though she would melt into him like hot butter. She watched the sun set as she felt his arms wrap tighter around her. She shivered. “Are you cold, my love?” Antonio asked. “A Little,” Rebecca replied, as she turned to face him. “Then let me warm you,” came Antonio’s soft voice just before his mouth covered hers. She wrapped her arms around his chest and neck while his hands roamed over her body, causing her to shiver more. Antonio easily slipped her evening gown from her shoulders and it fell to the ground. Rebecca stood before her love in all her naked glory as his eyes admired the full view. “You are truly a work of beauty,” he commented just before his lips again covered hers. As she undid the buttons to his shirt and trousers, his lips trailed along her neck, then down to her breast. She moaned from the warm feeling this caused deep inside her. Antonio gently laid Rebecca back, onto the chaise lounge, and continued his oral exploration of her body. Rebecca reached for, and found, his manhood. It felt stiff and hot in her hand. She wanted to know what it would taste like in her mouth, so she moved just enough to be able to satisfy her curiosity without moving out of his reach. She was thoroughly enjoying the sensations they were giving to each other. Just before reaching the climax, Antonio straightened up to look her in the face. Gently, he said to her “I want to see your face when we reach the heavens together.” With that, he slid over-top of her. Rebecca groaned as she felt the fullness of his manhood easily slide deep inside her. Their bodies moved in perfect unison with the flow of passion that was almost too great for either of them to bear. This was more than enough to rid her of the chilly feeling she had earlier. In fact, now she trembled with the fire of ecstasy. Antonio was right about reaching the sexual heavens together. He admired the look of ecstasy on her face as much as she enjoyed the look of love in his eyes.’
Sara sighed as she closed the book, and wondered if she’d ever find love like that. But, for now, it’s back to her humdrum life in a small town outside of Pittsburgh. It was now Time to get ready for work. She works the afternoon shift at a local restaurant, with a bar to one side of the room on the other side of a six-foot high partition. It was nearing dinner time, so, she knew the restaurant would be busy.
All the way to work, she had to keep telling herself to get her head out of the clouds and face reality. There was no fantasy love just waiting for her to turn the next corner. Real life was meaner than that. If that thought wasn’t sobering enough, then the tan lines, where her wedding ring once adorned her finger, was a daily reminder of how painful love can be. He had been gone eight years now, and still she could smell him, and feel his presence, as if he were still beside her. Memories of the funeral still lingered in her mind. That was the problem. They had vowed to always be together, and their love was strong enough for that to happen. But, when he died, she wanted to die with him. She lived as though a part of her had done just that. She felt dead inside, and only went through daily life as habit, to take care of her daughter. Now, the child named Ashley was almost grown, a senior in high school, and off to college next year, leaving Sara to face her loneliness which had been pushed aside and forgotten for so long.
