CAT LOVERS ( 1)
You are fed up with the dayly change and cleaning of the cat litter ?
And what about all the
carrying of heavy gravels? And paying a load for it?
Here is the answer to your problem.
You’ll need:
Time, about a month.
Patience, your cat will have to be patient to be more precise.
Aluminium cooking trays large enough to fit on your toilet bowl.
Flushable cat litter.
N.B. The cat should be more than six or eight month old.
Now, let’s start training Kitty.
Step 1: First change the usual cat tray to an aluminium baking tray filled with about an inch of the new (expensive) flushable litter. One or two days later, once your friend understands the new
location, place the tray next to the toilet bowl. The cat will follow easily. Don’t forget to leave the door ajar.
Step 2: Next, place the tray on the toilet bowl. Show the new location to Pussy. It might take a few days before the dear little one agrees to this new whims of yours. Having to climb up onto the loo seat in order to pee is totally unatural! We may encourage him or she or it to know the right place by scraping his or her or its paws in the litter.
Step 3: About a week later, squeeze the tray between the bowl and the seat. If your cat is on the heavy side, double or triple the aluminium tray.
Step 4: Then make a small hole in the middle of the tray. Enlarge it everyday, till your cat becomes a pro at keeping his or her or its balance. The cat might fall once or twce... So you’ll have to go back to step 2...
PATIENCE PAYS ! You won.
The only drawback… Kitty will never learn to flush. Nobody is purr...fect!
Have fun !
