Harry Potter has reached the final year at Hogwarts and this is the time to fight the darkest of all evil - Lord Voldemort. The book starts with Harry’s escape from the Dursleys to the Barrow. He & his friends Ron & Hermione do not plan to attend their final year of school and instead plot to retrieve the remaining Horcruxes of Voldemort – a secret task left to them by Dumbledore. The quest for their search follows with lots of upheavals with tempers flying high, irritation and little success at first. Ultimately, the bond of love, friendship and family conquers all and Harry and his friends
finally manage to achieve the almost impossible task. This book reveals the actions of Dumbledore & character of Snape who has replaced Dumbledore as headmaster of Hogwarts. This book resurfaces some characters mentioned briefly in other books and finally puts together all the missing pieces of the other books. The
deathly hallows in the book is explained as 3 magical objects possession of which makes the owner master of death. The final battle at Hogwarts show that Harry does not require the deathly hallows to defeat Voldemort. His love and valance is enough for the fall of the dark lord coupled with the destruction of the Horcruxes (one of them being inside Harry). The book ends with an epilogue set 19 years later with a world of all happiness and no sign of evil & destruction.
The book unlike the rest is action packed from the start and the heart beats faster with every turn of page. Seriously, this is the best book in the series, gripping and unputdownable with a perfect end to the series. The fans could not have asked for more!
