The beginning of the story starts off with a man who works at a store that is barely managing. He wanted to become a writer but gave up on it. A customer named Henry asked him why he stopped writing and all he said was life is what happened. Later on he receives a strange package from Henry and forgets about it as the day goes by. When he finally remembers about the package, he hurries to the basement and opens it. There were old books and a piece of paper with names on it. He picks up the smallest book and opens it. The book began with words that made him speechless. Inside was written, "This is the Journal of Abraham Lincoln." Of course he didn't believe it until Henry came to his house and took him by the collar. During the time that they were together, Henry explained to him what those books were. Abraham Lincoln was a vampire hunter and Henry wants him to write a story that will change history forever.
It just gets better and better from here on. I rate this book a 10/10. The storyline is brilliant. I never would have expected something like this to be written very well with facts that are mind blowing. It is 396 pages long but once you begin reading, you are hooked. I don't want to spoil the book for you but this is a must read. The author did an excellent job and i never gets boring. It is one of those books that your hooked from the very beginning and you cant stop reading it till you know what happens. If you decide to read this book, leave a comment.
