In this work a new and following story revealed many aspects of the vampirism condition as the original story, a story before the Queen of the vampires.
It focuses in the twins and their history which has been recently seen by many vampires all over the world, this event made that ancient vampires like Armand or Pandora take the decision of search the origin of this dreams which connect vampires all over the world including the neophyte ones, including the fact that the Queen of the Vampires has waked up,kill the King, and go for Lestat, the one who awake her with his music.All these situations made them think that this situations concern to all the vampires and even its existence may be in danger.
Whereas the ancient vampires go in search of answers, we will see Lestat in company of the Queen, learning how to use the new powers given by the Queen, he also has visions about the twins but is not so worried as the others.
Finally the ancient vampires find one of the twins of the dream, who told them all the history, she always has been looking for her sister who was separated from her since the Queen of the vampires, was the Queen of Egypt at that time, she punished them because the twins can use magic and talk with spirits, but the things that the Queen discover about herself doesn´t like them,they are all true though. So, in revenge an evil spirit who wanted the girls offer to punish the Queen and even when one of the twins considerer to use it, never give the order to do it. However, the evil spirit was already inside the Queen and the King and were the first vampires, the Queen punish the girls for two reasons: The girls can solve the problem even if they want to do it, the rites of their people was an offense to the Queen´s eyes.
At the end the other sister came out and kill the Queen just when she had found the other sister and the ancient vampire. The Queen´s heart and brain were eaten by the twins in order to complete the rital interrupted by the Queen at the first time.
