It is one of the most primary forms of Osho's
medication techniques. Most of the techniques have three stages -- intense
physical activity, silence, and joyful dance or
relaxation.
Dynamic
medication has three stages:
(1). Breathing (10 minutes)
Basically it is only exhaling, with full energy, and the inhaling will be done by the lungs automatically. Allow body movements as comfortable to you but remember exhaling forcefully.
Two important factors while doing this stage:
(a). Exhaling forcefully.
(b). While these 10 minutes be alert, conscious, awake, and do not become one with the exhaling or body movement. Do it like you are not doing it but actually witnessing yourself doing it.
(2) Catharsis (10 minutes)
It is like a sudden explosion of your emotions which we do not let go in our daily life. Scream, shout, laugh, shake, dance, jump anything you want to do. But be a witness, be a watcher, be awake and conscious. Keep the whole body in motion.
(3). Jump and make sound of HOO! HOO! (15 minutes)
With raised arms jump up and down with the sound of HOO, HOO each time your feet touch the floor letting the sound of HOO striking through your sex center.
(4). Freeze (15 minutes)
Freeze. Stay in the position you are, not even a subtle movement. Not even cough, scratch or adjust yourself. Be in a static position. Be awake, alert and be a witness.
(5). Dance (15 minutes)
Dance on the music (not a typical dance), move your body with music, let the body float with the music. Be calm, soft, graceful, and rejoice.
The dynamic medication seems like a sheer madness. It is! But not like you go mad voluntarily, let the madness take control of you. Then, it is blissful.
Osho has called this method as a “direct jump.” If done with full vigor and be a witness all time, one can enter the world of self-realization and self-knowledge. The “thing has happened” as Osho says "Ghatna ghat gai."
