by involving others, influencing them with visionary thoughts and contributing to their action. For a leader, his people are the most important. Leadership is an art where everlasting learning and sensitive application are required. Leadership is not just about holding a position.
Leadership is not an ego-game. Self-importance may lead to destruction of the entire group. The spirit of a group would reflect the spirit of its leadership. Leadership is all about being responsible enough to absorb negatives and emanate positive energy to the team. A leader should think out-of-the-box to enhance his performance and focus on every aspect for the betterment in longer run.
Leadership demands openness to others feelings and work on the group’s need, setting aside personal preferences and emotions. Leader should be a giver rather than being a taker. Self-honesty is the basement of a strong leadership. Loyalty, commonsense, patience and perfection are the pillars of leadership.
Leadership emphasizes on grooming more leaders. Leader should motivate people to come out with solutions, rather than problems. The true success for any leader is in achieving the right spirit in their group.
