"I love me" this sentence can seem very selfish, but it is not. In fact, a
person to love the other should learn to love himself. This practice should be often taught to the
children by their teachers in classrooms at schools. When these children become adults they will be aware that loving themselves is a way to survive in a so competitive society. Everybody should learn this lesson, as a rare plant that must be taken care with much attention and divine wisdom as parameter in relationship among people. At first, it is essential that each one respect himself. A world known example, by Dr. Elmer GAtes and Prof. William James researches from Havard University, USA, confirmed after many tests with human beings that when someone is angry, toxins are formed in his blood and the person becomes indisposed. It means, when someone is angry, the reason is not important, it poisons his organism, I want to say it is a bad thing to himself. If, a person argues and thinks he is right and the other is wrong, toxins begin to form. This person should keep calm, keep away bad feelings as anger and hate, have the white color in
mind and relax. Don''t forget before being
benevolent to the other, we have to be benevolent with ourselves. Don''t permit laziness command you. Have only good feeling in your mind. Don''t
waste your time in worthless things, they can be harmful to you. Life is made of time so, spend your time in the best way. Time flies, don''t waste your time at the window. Time is money. Live your life with joy. Look at yourself in the mirror every day, smile to yourself and say: "I love me".
