Also known by different names such as City of Water and City of Bridges. All is this because the city is mostly submerged in water. To travel in Vanice you need to use Gondolas( boats)

You cannot miss the Odeon of Herodes Atticus- a stone theatre found in the Acropolis of Athens and can accomodate 5,000 people. This is where the Athens festival accurs every year. Another hotspot for tourists is the Zappeine - a building in the Natural Gardenes of Athens where official and private meetings are held.
