Suburb,which is impacted by urbanization,shows a process of dynamic change and an extremely instable region.With the promotion of urbanization process,the suburb is firstly nibbled by the urban region.The exterior characteristics of the suburbs' instability are different between the phases of urbanization's centralization and pervasion.So in these two different development periods,urbanization makes different effects on development and evolvement for life cycle of rural tour spot in suburbs.There are more optimistic effects than negative effects in the phase of urbanization's centralization,furthermore,life cycle of rural tour spot in suburbs will be delayed into decline.But in the phase of urbanization's pervasion,the negative effects is more than the optimistic effects,the life cycle of rural tour spot will come into stagnancy and decline swift.Finally,the life cycle will stop which is nonreversible.Generally,under effects of urbanization,the cycle of rural tour spot in suburbs is finite.In recent years,various kinds of rural tourism are developed actively in suburbs,but lack the scientific theoretical direction,which is need to be solved exactly.
This paper,which uses the above evolution law and principle of rural tourism of suburbs under urbanization,takes Heming Village in Qionglai City for example,probes into the phase of central urbanization of Qionglai City,and figures that rural tour spot in Heming Village has stepped into the developmental phase under the actions of the central urbanization.In addition,the paper makes some suggestions for rural tourism development in Heming Village: making use of positive outskirts effect;tinkering up urban plan so as to control the dilation of urban land;quickening advanced course of rural tourism;detaching circles according to Recreation Belt Around Metropolis(ReBAM);harmonizing the development of rural tourism with nearby villages and broadening the ranges of rural tourism;protecting and constructing rural culture.
