As the national highest degree scenic spot, the Mount Ta iBai National Forest Park is famous for its unique climate, rich
biology resource, rare geol ogy scenery and typical eco-landscape, and it integrate tourism, spending holid ays, entertainment, recuperate and research. Based on the random survey of touri st market infrastructure and behavior of
visitors, the preference for tourism en vironment, the present development situation of the park and the touristsbehav iour model of Mount Taibai are mainly analyzed in this paper. The main conclusio ns as fellow: As to the scenic spot of Taibai mountain, Shaanxi Provinse, the main body of tou rism objective source is consumers with medium wages and young students, which t he male are a little more than the female, and the education level is higher. The preference of visitor to
national forest park of Taibai mountain take turns for natural landscape, mountaineering exploration, hot well recuperate, leisure ly vacation, high spot, local conditions and customs, scientific expedition and catering,and the proportion are 38 67%,17 68%,14 55%,11 97%,7 18%,4 80%,2 58%,2 56%respectively. Base on the difference in the motives and fundamental purposes of tourists,the tourist behavior can be divided into different behavioral model, such as sight- seeing type, leisure vacation type, business traveling type, meeting tour type, research type and medical care type. The different modes of visitors usually hav e different behavioral characteristics. At this sample survey, sight-seeing ty pe and leisure vacation type of visitors account for large proportion, and the n ext is commerce type of visitors. Though the tourists of other type are less tha n first three types, it is important to regional tourism because the tourist com e from other regions of china or come from other countries.
