A new hydrometallurgical technology of arsenic-bearing refractory gold concentrate and the researching results for 10t/d capacity of its industrialized pretreatment are described.On the basis of deep studies of the technological principles and dynamic conditions of intensified alkali-leaching pretreatment of refractory gold ore in normal temperature and pressure,it fully makes use of selective oxidation principles in the course of mechanical activation and alkali-leaching and utilizes the mechanical activation and intensification effects of tower superfine grinding-leaching mill and its intense agitation to excite the oxidation reactions of arsenic-sulfur minerals in normal temperature and pressure instead of in high temperature and pressure.In the condition of 91.8%<35.6μm grinding fineness,by making intensified alkali-leaching preoxidation for 54h of refractory concentrate containing arsenic 3.55%,sulfur 24.8%,gold 54.7g/t,the transformation rate of arsenic is 93.4%.The selective oxidation rate of sulfur is 43.5%,the gold recovery rate by cyanidation reaches from 4%~9% before pre-oxidation to 93.0% after pretreatment,the gold adsorption rate of carbon is 99.8%,the gold desorption rate is 99.1%,the electrolytic rate of gold is 99.95%,the smelting rate of gold is 99.5%,the total recovery rate of gold is 91.5% ,and the total cost of technical treatment of such gold concentrate is RMB $562/t.Practice shows that such technology is advanced with simple process flow and safe environment and provides new method for the effective utilization of refractory gold mineral resources.
