of some important factors on ferment time,gemma measures was investigated such as:inoculate the deal, nitrogen source, compound ratio of nitrogenous substance, nitrogen source density,starch density,initial pH value of medium,temperature and wind measures of the later fermentation etc. The fermentative condition were optimised as follows:inoculate 20% of deal, starch density 1.2%,nitrogen source density 0.25%, initial pH 7.0~7.2. The temperature 35~37 ℃ and wind measures 1∶1.2 of the later fermentation. made the fermented liquid into the microbial fertilizer(Bm-j) and store a year, the live gemma still reserve in 90.9%. In the field application:The corn with the paddy uses the Bm-j fertilizer 15 kg/hm~2 to boost production the performance the best, Usage the Bm-j fertilizer hereafter the corn yield ratio contrast to increase the 2 010 kg/hm~2,The paddy yield ratio contrast to increase the 935.5 kg/hm~2.
