Objective: To probe into the modern mechanisms of
Zeng Li Qu Pi Oral Fluid in resisting the
Sport fatigue. Methods: Select
sport fatigue models by swimming in rats,using biochemical determinatino and cy tochemical to observe the effect of
Zeng Li Qu Pi Oral Fluid on the glycogen , S DH , LDH , LPO , Ca ++ , K + content change in skeletal muscleand the T,C, T/C,SOD , MDA content change in serum. Result: Contrasting to the rats of the co ntrol group, the glycogen of the tired rats, LDH, Ca ++ , K + content in skeletal mus cle and the T, T/C , SOD change in serum reduced notably. However,the LDH , LPO content in skeletal muscle and the MDA,C content change in serum decreased nota bly. Contrasting to the tired group, above-mentioned indexes were improved notab ly in Oral Fluid group rats. Conclusion: This medicine was benefit for function re covering of muscle tissue and enhancing the functing of anti-fatique. Its mechan ism relates to improve the metabolism and the clearing ability of free radical .
