The urban residents are surely the target customers of the surrounding tourist areas of the cities. Heimifeng Forest Park
is a tourist attraction adjacent to Xiangtan City. A sample survey is conducted to do the investigation by distributing the questionnaires in revealing Xiangtan people′s expectation to the tourism resources development. Most of them want a tourist product mainly composed of ecological scenery and wish to enjoy sightseeing and entertainment in Heimifeng Forest Park. They are particularly interested in visiting the ecological and fancy scenery with the company of family members and friends by public transportation. Most consider that it should be a twoday tour of Heimifeng, costing from 100 Yuan (RMB) to 300 Yuan (RMB) and living in the guesthouses. This case shows that the ecological and leisure tourism products are very popular with the townspeople, who have an obvious desire to return to the nature and are sensitive to the rate. They expect to produce the tourism product in a low price and the formation of the mass travel situation.
