In recent years, the major accomplishment was, achieved by construction of
public service system in ruralarea of Anhui Province,
to formulate and issue a series of policies and legal
regulations aimed to promote construction ofnewsocialist rural area, to reform management system of public finance, to increase financial supply, to launch the reformof the system of popularization of agricultural technique in villages and towns and set up preliminarily institutionsproviding technique service for public at primary level, to cerate better environment for development of agriculture andrural area through improving
public service, in rural area. The basic experience was to value highly thoughts and ideas, toplan development of city and countryside as a whole by upholding scientific perspectives on development, to developvigorously public service on the basis of pushing forward overall progress of social cause in rural area, to developcomprehensivelypublic service byinsistingon people at the core and satisfyingrequirements toincrease farmers' revenue,to attach great importance to stipulating policies and legal regulations, building carders' ranks, establishing responsibilitymanagement systemand puttingpublic service intopractice.
