The conception,connotation and classification of the exploitation of
sports tourism resources were discussed upon.It considers
that the supporting system of
sports tourism resources contains the supports of state macro-regulation-control and policy,economic environment and investment,social environment,sports tourism resources,tourists market,security-safeguard and service etc.The influential factors are as follows: the investment is insufficient,the whole society hasn't acquired a deep understanding of sports tourist culture,there have been short of macro-regulation-control,overall plan and coordinative development,the talents are lack,and the exploitation of sports humanist resources has attached importance only to appreciative nature,and ignored participation.So it puts forward some countermoves,such as breaking a channel of plural investment,setting up a normalized and professionalized management system of sports tourism resources exploitation,cultivating sports tourism talents through multi-channel and so on.
