Abstract: Indeed it is a very practical book for evolving training strategy for creating Human Resource (HR) assets. In today’s fast moving economy and prevailing uncertainty all around us, the role of HRD is lot more than just identifying suitable manpower and meeting organizational training needs. In fact, developing people’s full capabilities and managing them well is the heart of any organization. For success of any business three important controlling elements are   people, time and cost. In this, the people is the most vital component.  It is therefore very important for the top management to commit appropriate resources  in their HR department.

 This book will help the readers to  quickly develop workable strategies, make business-oriented choices, and ensure that right taskforce is available at the right time and they are fully  productive / billable. For this, the contribution of HRD is a vital in furtherance of various projects/ initiatives taken by their organization.. The author has included many practical examples in this book which can provide the much needed template to develop a training strategy.

 The book will be great utility for HRD mangers, placement and training managers and senior management which is keen to get the best out of their employees.
