Calling is such a big word to many of us. Most of us are always on a continuous search for our callings in life. In short, our calling has something to do with our passion. Our interests, hobbies, and our likes or dislikes speak volumn about our calling. Our calling has been calling out to us since the day we are born.
Fred Gratzon shared with us his secret to success which is just simply doing what he or she feels passionately about. The question is, how we can identify the passion that will bring us the greatest success. His answer was for everyone of us to find out our God given talents and giftings or passion, then we would be on our way to success.
He then shared some practical ways to find out our giftings systematically by first listing down all our talents and passion. After that, make a list of things we love to do or feel passionate doing it. Then, think of activities to combine as many gifts and passions as possible. The more passions and gifts that you can intersect at one point the better. A new business idea is most likely to emerge from there and you get to do something which you love doing, kill two (or more) birds at one time.
I could not agree more to this, what is more fulfilling in life if we can pursue our passions, grow our talents, express our creativity, give to others, and as a by-product of all these playing around, generate wealth.
