When using the Google keyword tool you will be able to download or export a list of keywords along with related keywords (LSII) that you'll need to center on. It's important to clearly know this before starting your backlinking campaign. with your associated keywords you will be able to use this list to make articles targeting those keywords, and you can even produce categories with these keywords.
Make a list of Webmasters in your niche and contact them for link exchange
A elementary search in Google will tell you who your competitor is. You'll need to go and make friends with these people by contacting them and getting to know them. Perhaps you could ask them a question, addressing them like an authority in that niche. Let them know that you've a website in the equal niche but are not as knowledgeable as them. Most people would be happy to help. That's the way the Internet works.
Make a list of do-follow websites to comment on
Commenting on different websites is a great way to start backlinking to your website. It's even better if this backlink is a "do-follow" link. Don't believe that commenting is a waste of time because it can not just give you back link, but it can as well give you marvellous, targeted traffic.

I usually make a list of back inks that I can get right now gratis. There's a goldmine out there and people don't use it. Here are some of the free backlinks I will get for afresh website as soon as possible:
- Article submission websites
- Video sharing websites
- Forum signatures
- Free directories and classified ads
You will be able to develop your own list of places to go to get free back links for your new website. If you had all these lists prepared for your website, think how easy it would be to keep track of what you're doing. Truth, imagine how easy it would be to outsource this job.
Take action with your backlinking
All the plans in the world are not in a make a difference if you do not use them. Once you start a new website you should try and complete this backlinking plan in the first place and don't wait until it's too late. Numerous people fail in their back linking efforts for their website because they don't keep up with it or they don't even bother with it in the first place. It's better not to start a website if you're not geared up to do the backlinking.
Where to start in the backlinking process?
When you're a newcomer at building websites you could guess that it is hard to gain backlinks for your website. Naturally if you're a multi-million-dollar company then you'll have no problem getting back links either paid or gratis. Even so, every time I start a fresh website I've a list of basic back links to get without being forced to beg for them but if I had to choose what I would do first, here it is:
Free back links for indexing your brand-new site.
When you've got some back linking done, you should now going bookmark all of the pages where your back links to your website exist. For instance, if you have an Ezinearticle with it back link leading back to your website, then bookmark this in Delicious. Now I reckon you're questioning why I am only bookmarking in delicious? The elementary answer to that is that once I have bookmarked sure as shooting authority websites with my links on it and a few extras along the way, I'll then export these bookmarks to other services.
