Rawon
Ingredients:
* 1 / 2 kg of beef (lemusir)
boiled 1 / 2 ripe
* 2 eggs acid burned young
* 3 cm galangal crushed
* 3 cm crushed lemongrass
* 700 ml broth
* 2 leeks
* 5 lime leaves
* Cooking oil and salt to taste.
Spices that are:
* 3 pieces of red chilli deseeded
* 1 tsp shrimp paste
* 6 pieces of red onion
* 3 cloves garlic
* 2 tsp coriander powder
* 5 seeds kluwek
* 3 cm turmeric
How to Make:
* Heat the cooking oil until
quite hot then fry the crushed spices until fragrant and cooked.
* Insert the meat, acid burns,
lemongrass and ginger, stir-fry again until really fragrant, add the broth.
* Continue to cook over low heat
until the meat cooked, remove and serve hot with salted egg sauce, bean sprouts
and shrimp crackers.
