If you wish to see cash flowing in your pockets by just working from home, you will probably find these stories interesting and inspiring.
Kirsten Dudley started her home business as a sideline in 2002 whilist looking after her six kids. Her work is to sell packaging on eBay to other eBay sellers who have to post items to buyers worldwide. From just £80 of initial investment, Kirsten had made herself thousands of pounds income after several months. The range of goods increase from just rolls of packaging tape at the beginning, to a variety of choices including Jiffy bag, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes with different sizes.
Due to the rapid expasion, Kirsten and her husband Andrew had to rent a warehouse to put the deliveries in and employed 5 people to work full-time. So far they have sold more than 8 million of Jiffy bags alone, and have been working with clients who spend £1,000 on packaging a month. With the sucessful home business, now Kirsten and Andrew are able to afford a new house with a large garden and oversea travelling for holiday.
In 2000, new full-time mum Lisa Mackenzie began to buy and sell things on eBay and figured out a way of using eBay as a money-maker after earning £120 by just selling small items. She bought clothes with very low prices from places like car boot sales, charity shops and wholesale companies, and put them on eBay for sale. Now her online boutique has contributed an annual income of £25,000, which is more than what she earned from her previous job. The home business has allowed Lisa to get an income and stay at home to look after her baby at the same time, which she won''t be able to do if she has a full time job.
