Prince William has splashed out 40K for this holiday and he is treating Kate Middleton to this holiday in spite of the credit crunch here in Britain.

The point Marie Claire writers wish to make is that this couple will not have Prince Charles i.e. Prince William's Father there . they will be without him ... I guess Prince Charles must be otherwise engaged!
