                                                       HOW TO RESPECT YOURSELF

1- First respect others:
    How could you respect yourself when you talk to someone like you care about him, respect and which all good things for him, But behind him you always interfering in his privacy and ruin his Reputation.
Just respect others and their privacies. Then you will respect yourself.
2-Don't prove yourself to anyone even yourself 
    Proving yourself is only crashing it. Be honest in all your transactions regardless of others. You can  satisfy yourself, but no matter how hard you try you can’t satisfy all the others. So just be yourself not like what others want you to be… the image that others draw about you not an obligation on you, you must not care about it because you’re free… because you’re you.
3-the manners: be nice…. 
    Your manners what guide you to respect yourself. Remember the human is only human because of manners.
4-don't achieve others goals. Just achieve yours:

    Find your dreams and try to make it not what others want you to do.
5-Forget the past and begin again:
    Just forget what's happened in the past and begin from a new start.
How?!Here is two ways to clean the past:
A) Free talking……
 
    Looks like the process of free association... But it is more effective.
Allocate half an hour; leave your all obligations and business. Sit in a comfortable room alone and start talking to yourself…yes just imagines that there is another person sitting in front of you and start talking to him. Start talking about what is always bothering you all your life... who you always thought that his controlling your life and you want to end this… Just speak freely…. It does not matter if you became emotional and started to shout, this is the most important parts of the exercise, this is the depressed feelings, attract all negatives in a form of insults or shouting or expression sentences excited.
It would be very nice if you even have a small ball to throw on the wall when you talk and shout.
(These are examples of what a practitioner of these treatments do, the important thing is not to make anything prevents you from expressing what you feel... Just do what you want ...)
Speak...Speak…speak till you feel that the level of emotion has subsided
Do this practice 2 weeks at least.
You will leave the room like a new person... different one because you got rid of all concerns that you feel from lots of years
B) Free Writing…. 
    Same thing but do not talk, just write….. Write whatever comes in your head. Write about anyone you hate or love and try to know why. Write about any situation happened to you
Every day you write you will discover new subjects….more subjects.
Do it until you finalize two weeks.
In conclusion, it's not enough to wish to respect ourselves; we must do what indicates that we respect others and ourselves... Be human...Be you and do what indicates on that
