In order that your company accomplish it's goals , it's not enough that employees have high technical skills. They should act together as one entity, they should be unified.
However , each employee has different views,perspectives that sometimes interfere each other and leads to disputes. If these disputes occur often then it's also leads to a 'bad atmosphere' and of course may influence the company's achievements. The executive coacher has therefore a mission to 'bridge' these gaps.
In a session he conducts, every participant tells about an incident he had during the week in which he had an argument/dispute with one or more of his colleagues.
