As an offshore of this study, the following areas are recommended for further study:
1. HRM practices among the state universities and colleges in the Bicol Region, Philippines. This will differentiate the operational practices of the state universities against colleges. The question will be Which of this institution have better HRM practices which means there will be a comparison between the two institutions. This will be very helpful to develop a new HRM practices that is presently practicing enable to justify or recommend for further reviews or implementation;
2. Comparative study on HRM practices of privately-owned and controlled agencies and government agencies in the Bicol region, Philippines. In this proposed study will deals on the comparison of the privately-owned and controlled agencies against government agencies. This will be very helpful to evaluate their operational HRM practices enable for them to implement the best practices for the betterment of the insstitutions and government as a whole;
3. An evaluation study on HRM programs and services among state universities and colleges in the Bicol region, Philippines. This is also deals on evaluation but there is an specific areas which is HRM programs and services that primarily focus to the employees of the state universities and colleges.
