The importance of training and development for the Organization - Organization Overview

In times of intense competition, banks gain even tighter, high consumer demand, streamline procedures and competition for market conquest, allowing workers opportunities for improvement through training and development, is argued to be imperative in policy human resources in most organizations. The Human Resources department of a company should have this distinction because it is the fundamental role within the organization to manage, plan, recruit and select people, and especially training, aiming at the development of individual and collective skills. In this case, training should focus on the efficiency of people in performing their duties. Currently, he is considered a key part in the process of organizational development. But, that training may lead to organizational development, planning is necessary that the same is well prepared to ensure the achievement of the intended goals, effectively. CHIAVENATO (2002) defines training as the short-term educational process, applied in a systematic and organized.Investing in human capital formation is a recent phenomenon in the culture of organizations in the country. The entry of new competitors, open borders, the emergence of substitute products, among others, aroused the leaders of organizations to devote attention to a component that makes the difference in the presentation of the product, the people of the time. But for that training is efficient (and taught), effective (those trained to apply what they learn) and effective (the goal is reached) is required to plan and prepared in accordance with what was seen. Staff training programs aim to promote organizational learning, but also secure the company''s values, encouraging and motivating through experiences in class, often through the exchange of experience with colleagues from the same organization, and other situations of competitors. To have success in investing is critical that organizations are aware of their weaknesses and areas that need improvement. Diagnosed, it is important to differentiate between the technical and behavioral. Lacks technical training designed to require the attainment of knowledge or redemption of previously purchased content, since behavior is something that still has not, therefore, needs to be developed.
