In today's economy the world has made changes to the way each company progresses and allows employees to earn money. Most companies now have gone to an online hiring system. This does pose threats to some people that are seeking high paid jobs. Even minimum wage jobs are online screening.

In order to complete applications anymore, you have to search the correct website and then search for the right icon to click. After that, you must find the location you are trying to apply to. This has found to be trying at times. The level of commitment from managers and employees today has tremendously decreased. It can be so frustrating to apply and never hear back for months or even years.

There are so many online companies now that are hired for application screening that most applicants do not ever get their information looked at by the direct supervisor of the position they are applying for. These contracted online companies also make money from their opinion polls and social outcome awareness programs. These programs give each applicant a questionnaire that takes up to 55 minutes to complete. They do not ask questions that would refer to the job nor do they allow you to answer them as if you were in that position. The overall score determines if the employer actually receives your application or not.

Imagine that if your score on a questionnaire was one point too low and you missed your chance at an awesome job that would've soared at. Walking in a company you have applied to proves this to be true. You will be told, they have to wait till your application is approved by the district manager or any other manager for that fact. What happened to customer service and hiring someone with a great smile and motivated attitude?
