The website is well equipped to do all the work required by customers for all their transactions. Whenever required you can log into the site and check your balance, transfer money from your account to any other account, use its demat facilities and even trade at its sister site. Most of the times the response is immediate. Using the website is the fastest way to complete ICICI bank related transactions. The security features on the website and followed by the bank also get a thumbs up.
Cons:
The problem with the website is that since it is updated from time to time, there are a lot of additions that are made to the basic website. This has made navigation a bit complex. Also help for a new customer is not readily available on the website. It looks cluttered and it seems to be the customer's responsibility to make sense out of all the clutter.
A site that is extremely functional, but a bit difficult to use.
